ICARE™ or Introducing Children to Acceptance through Reading and Education is a program that works in any setting where special needs children are integrated with normally developing children. The program proactively tries to help explain why some children might act differently from others. The ICARE program was developed to discuss these differences in a safe and friendly environment where thoughtful questions can be asked and answered.
